    Return & Exchange Policy

    At Al-Nasser Jewellery, we are committed to providing the best shopping experience for our customers. In compliance with the Saudi Arabian E-Commerce Regulations, we outline below our Return & Exchange Policy:

    Section 1: Return & Exchange Period

    1.Any item may be exchanged upon presentation of the original invoice, provided that the purchase date does not exceed (7) days from the date and time of receipt from the shipping carrier. The item must be in its original, unused condition with no damage, scratches, or defects to either the item or its box. Removal of the barcode/price tag renders the item ineligible for return or exchange.
    2.For exchanges, the new purchase must be of equal or greater value than the exchanged item. The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of (SAR 26). No exchange will be processed if a manufacturing defect is found in the purchased item or if Al-Nasser Jewellery shipped an incorrect item — in such cases, a full refund or replacement will be arranged at no cost to the customer.
    3.Items may be returned for a refund within (3) days only from the date of receipt, provided the item is in its original condition with the original invoice, and has not been used in any way. A shipping fee of (SAR 26) will be charged to the customer for returning the item to Al-Nasser Jewellery.
    4.Acceptance of the shipment from the shipping carrier is considered an acknowledgment that the shipment was received in good condition.
    5.Once the returned item has been inspected and approved, the payment gateway (credit intermediary) will be notified immediately to process the refund of the amount paid by the customer — excluding any applicable taxes, import duties, or original delivery fees. Refunds are processed within 7 to 15 business days, depending on the customer"s bank.
    6.Sale and discounted items included in promotional offers may only be exchanged within (3) days from the date of receipt, provided the original invoice is present, the barcode tag is still attached, and the item is in its original condition.

    Section 2: Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

    In the interest of public health and in compliance with applicable regulations, the following items are excluded from the Return & Exchange Policy:
    1.Items that have been custom-made or altered based on a specific customer request (e.g., engraved names, resized rings, or any personalised modifications). Wedding bands (rings) that have been engraved cannot be returned or exchanged.
    2.Items that penetrate the body (e.g., earrings, piercings, etc.) for hygiene reasons, unless a clear manufacturing defect is identified prior to use.
    3.Items that show signs of use, scratches, or damage resulting from misuse or mishandling.

    Section 3: How to Submit a Return or Exchange Request

    To submit a return or exchange request, please contact our Customer Service team via WhatsApp and provide the following information:
    •Order number.
    •A clear photo of the item.
    •Reason for the return or exchange.

    Section 4: Additional Clarifications

    •In the event of a pricing error on any product, Al-Nasser Jewellery reserves the right to cancel the order without prior notice and issue a full refund to the customer.
    •If a product is out of stock, our team will contact the customer to offer similar alternatives. If no agreement is reached, the order will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued.
    •Upon order cancellation, the refund will be processed within 7 to 15 business days, subject to the customer"s bank processing times.
    •Al-Nasser Jewellery reserves the right to immediately cancel any order and issue a full refund within 7 to 15 business days in the event of a technical error on the online store.
    •For orders from outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including GCC countries, the customer is fully responsible for the cost of returning the item to Al-Nasser Jewellery, as international return shipping services are not currently available.

    Summary

    Returns and exchanges are accepted only when the item is in its original condition at the time of purchase and within the specified timeframe.
